Elaboration
Hand-selected grapes lightly pressed and fermented at low temperature, extracting only the first must. 85% fermented in steel inox tanks and 15% in big oak french barrels.
Appearence
Pale gold color, clean and with light legs.
Nose
Expressive and clean. Aromas of pears, apples and and hints of green fresh bananas, typical from the variety.
Palate
The great creaminess and exceptional freshness are surprising, very well integrated and persistent.
Limited edition of bottles.
